Shipping FAQs
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if the order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact customer support immediately if you need to update your address.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt to contact you. If unavailable, they may leave the package with a neighbor or return it to the local depot for pickup.
Do you ship on weekends?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
